Clear Skin the Natural Way...

Many celebrities have asked how my skin is so clear. Here's what I do:

"The skin reflects what is on the inside... I eat healthy foods..."

1. Buy some raw oats (uncooked oatmeal) and a bottle of preservative-free, color-free and additive-free 25mg zinc vitamins.
2. Just before bed, I take a handful of oats, yes, regular, uncooked, oatmeal. I wet the oats in warm running water and vigorously wash my skin with them, using circular motions. Sometimes I use an exfoliating paste or cream, the goal is to remove that dead layer of skin that keeps the natural oils from coming to the surface. Once I've done this, I rinse my face with lukewarm water and pat it dry.  I repeat this every three days.
3. In the morning, I always eat a healthy breakfast
4. I then take ONE zinc tablet with WATER right after I've have eaten. (I always take this on a full stomach.)
5. I've found that not eating fried foods, soft drinks and candy make a difference in the health of my skin. Instead, I choose baked, steamed or lightly grilled foods, 100% juices, water, robust salads and plenty of nuts and natural foods.
6. I follow this regimen to the letter it keeps acne a thing of the past.
7. Multi-vitamins that contain zinc are great when acne is very mild.
8. I have found that when I maintain my regimen in the foods that I eat, and exercise, my skin remains clear and supple.
9. I always eat sensibly and exfoliate my skin regularly.
This is my regimen....

Here's more information for after the exfoliation:
a.  If I don't exfoliate well, I see patches of small breakouts here and there. This means that I missed some spots during the exfoliation and some dead layers of skin are stopping the natural oils from coming through. So I go  back and exfoliate these areas.
b.  Next I place a pin drop size of Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel on any pimple that was just exfoliated. This gel absorbs the excess oil and dries the area. When this is done at night, the skin responds better and within two days, three at the most, there are no issues in that area.  The key is to exfoliate small areas at a time and really get all of the dead skins cells from the surface.
